How to Use Starting Blocks

To use starting blocks, set the front pedal about two foot-lengths behind the start line and the rear pedal about one to one and a half foot-lengths behind that. On ‘set’, lift the hips slightly above the shoulders, then drive out low and powerfully at the gun.
